Metal forming
Stamping is an effective method for producing specialized parts due to the possibility of shaping metals precisely. The stamping technology supports the production of parts in large quantities in a short time, which benefits the final product's price and easy production scaling. Compared to other processing methods, stamping is price-competitive for the production of large batches of parts.
In our company, we have a hydraulic press with a pressure of 15t, which allows us to shape details precisely up to 2mm metal thickness. However, please remember that each detail in stamping is considered individually.
Tools
We design and produce by ourselves the tools for bending operations. We have skills in operating CAD/CAM software, which lets us to simulate the bending operation. Our own design capabilities combined with our position on the local market result in a quick production of specialized tools.
